About The Owners

Jason Sanderson was born and raised in New Bern.  He is a graduate of West Craven High School and Coastal Carolina Community College.  Jason was a local Paramedic for 6 years before starting his real estate career in 2004.  The spirit to help others led Jason from his Paramedic to Real Estate career.  Since then Jason has sold over 200 homes and became an owner of Prudential Clear Water Realty in 2008.  He and his wife, Erica, have been married since 2007.  Jason enjoys spending time on the water, reading and playing with his three labs and spending time with his wife.  Call Jason anytime for real estate advice or questions about the New Bern area.
